Returns are only accepted on unopened products within 15 days of purchasing. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. All returned items must be unopened and in the same condition as when purchased. This includes the original packaging and any included accessories. A receipt, or proof of purchase, is required for all returns.
Once we receive the return item and finish our inspection process, we will send you an email to let you know whether the return was accepted. Assuming the return is approved, your refund with be processed as a credit in the form of the original payment method. If you have been approved for a refund and did not receive your credit, we highly recommend that you contact your credit card company or bank. In some cases, refunds may require extended processing time.We do not offer refunds on wholesale and distribution orders.
